What Does a Vibrator Table Do?
The table has a flat surface where molds filled with a concrete mix for paver blocks are placed.
An electric motor causes the table to vibrate rapidly.
These vibrations shake the molds, causing the wet concrete to settle and compact tightly.
The vibration removes air bubbles and ensures the mix spreads evenly inside the mold.
Why Is This Important?

How Is It Used?
Concrete mix (cement, sand, stone chips, etc.) is poured into paver block molds.
The molds are placed on the vibrator table.

After vibration, the molds are removed, and the blocks are left to set and harden.
